Haiti/DR - Jan 15-24, 2017 - Admin/Teacher Training

January 17, 2017

On Monday morning, we went to Lanzac and Degeance to present children's books to each classroom and meet with the Principals to go over strategic plans. In the afternoon we had our Teacher Seminar at the teacher school with 85 attending. The weather is beautiful and everything is going great. Judy said, "I loved seeing the progress of the Degeance property. Last year was just a field and this year there is a wall!"

Yesterday, we ended our time in Haiti.  We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the week with our Haitian brothers and sisters.  Today we were able to spend the day with students from our school here in the Dominican Republic.  Tomorrow we will attend church.  In the morning, we will join the Spanish church as they reach out to the community and then in the evening, we will worship with the Creole church here.  Below you will see highlights of our trip.
